Every build started with a number.

We do not lead with logos. We lead with what the data told us, the strategy it drove, and what it produced. Open any story below to see the situation, the numbers, the system we built, and the result.

Sample kit follow-up automation

A loss-leader sample kit was converting, but most of the money was being left on the table after the first order. We read the data and built the follow-up the numbers were asking for.

BlueTex Insulation
Read the story
The situation

The sample kit is a loss leader. It exists to get a serious buyer to hold the product in their hands. The problem: after the kit shipped, nothing happened. No structured follow-up, so a buyer who was clearly interested was left to remember us on their own.

What the numbers said

The analytics were specific. The sample kit converted to a first order at 8%. And buyers upsold at a 39% rate, but in two distinct windows: roughly 21 days after, or about 6 months after. The demand was real and it was timed. We just were not showing up in either window.

What we built

A two-pulse follow-up sequence aimed straight at those windows. A 21-day push while the project is hot, then a dormant re-engagement around the 6-month mark for the slower buyers, with email and text working together, plus a missed-call text-back so a hot lead never hits voicemail and vanishes.

The result

[ METRIC: upsell revenue recovered / lift in second-order rate after the sequence went live ]

AIRAGCloudflare

BlueTex AI Help Center

An AI help bot that refuses to guess. It answers only from vetted help content, cites its source, and hands off to a human when it is not sure.

help.bluetexinsulation.com
Read the story
The situation

The same install and product questions came in over and over, eating time. An off-the-shelf chatbot was tempting, but for an insulation product a wrong answer is worse than no answer: bad install advice costs the customer real money and burns trust.

What the numbers said

[ METRIC: share of support tickets that were repeat questions / average response time before the bot ]

What we built

A retrieval bot on Cloudflare that embeds the question, searches only BlueTex's own vetted help library, answers in plain language with the source cited, and offers a human the moment it is not confident. It cannot make things up because it can only speak from approved content.

The result

[ METRIC: tickets deflected / questions answered without a human / hours saved per week ]

[ SCREENSHOT: CFII Study Guide app + logbook dashboard ]
Web appRaspberry Pi

CFII Study Guide app

A full study and checkride-prep app for flight instructors, plus a Raspberry Pi assistant that rides along in the cockpit.

Aviation training
Read the story
The situation

FAA checkride prep is scattered across PDFs and regulations. An instructor candidate has to not just fly each maneuver but teach it, and know cold the exact errors the examiner will simulate.

The insight

The official standard already lists the ten areas of operation and the common errors the examiner tests. Structure the study around that document exactly and prep gets faster and far less anxious.

What we built

A web app mirroring all ten test areas with progress tracking, a logbook dashboard, and a Raspberry Pi in-flight assistant for use in the aircraft. Built from a real need, by someone going through the rating.

The result

[ METRIC: study time saved / checkride outcome, once available ]

Instant insulation calculators

Buyers could not figure out what their job would cost, so they bounced. We gave them a number on the spot and a PDF quote in their inbox.

BlueTex Insulation
Read the story
The situation

Insulation pricing depends on the building, the product, and the square footage. A first-time buyer had no way to know if a job was five hundred dollars or five thousand, so many left to get a number somewhere easier.

The insight

The moment a buyer is doing the math is the moment of peak intent. Capture them there, with a real number and a way to save it, and you convert the visit instead of losing it.

What we built

Interactive roll-up door, garage door, and whole-building calculators embedded right in the storefront. The buyer answers a few questions, gets an instant price, and can generate a PDF quote, which doubles as a lead capture.

The result

[ METRIC: calculator-to-cart or calculator-to-lead conversion rate ]

ProSoCam

End-to-end product work for an LTE and solar field-tester camera: the 3D, the marketing, the expansion plan, and the affiliate machine to sell it.

Hardware product
Read the story
The situation

A hardware product is only half the battle. ProSoCam needed everything around it: a way to show the product, a plan to grow it, and a channel to sell it without paying for every click.

The insight

For a niche field tool, the cheapest distribution is people who already talk to the buyer. Build the affiliate and influencer channel and the product sells through trusted voices instead of cold ads.

What we built

3D models for the camera and mounts, marketing assets, a written expansion strategy, and a full influencer and affiliate system to recruit and pay sellers.

The result

[ METRIC: affiliates recruited / channel sales, once available ]

BlueTex Insulation storefront

A full rebuild of an industrial insulation store, built around proof, instant pricing, and self-serve answers.

bluetexinsulation.com
Read the story
The situation

An established brand with real product was selling on a store that did not show the proof or make pricing easy. Good product, but the site was not doing the selling.

The insight

This buyer is practical and skeptical. They convert on before-and-after proof, a real number, and fast answers, not on polish. Build the store around those three things.

What we built

A rebuilt Shopify storefront with clear product pages, embedded pricing calculators, before-and-after proof, and a built-in help center, so the site answers questions and books the sale instead of stalling it.

The result

[ METRIC: conversion rate lift / revenue change after the rebuild ]

[ SCREENSHOT: DTF Order home + upload flow ]
EcommerceSelf-serve

DTF Order

A direct-to-film transfer storefront built to turn a first-time visitor into a first order with the least friction possible.

Print and apparel
Read the story
The situation

Print buyers want to upload art and order fast. Every extra step between landing and checkout is a buyer lost to a competitor with a smoother flow.

The insight

In self-serve print, speed to first order is the whole game. Cut the upload and checkout friction and conversion follows.

What we built

A clean storefront with instant artwork upload, a one-click popup flow, and a fast checkout, designed around the first-time buyer who just wants their transfers ordered.

The result

[ METRIC: visitor-to-first-order rate / checkout completion ]

WebsiteRebrand

Rush Designs

A custom apparel and vehicle-wrap shop whose old look did not match the buyer. We rebranded it and gave it a self-serve studio.

Denton County, TX
Read the story
The situation

The old site read dark and off-brand for the customers actually buying apparel, DTF, and wraps. The look was working against the sale.

The insight

The brand needed to feel approachable and clean to match its real buyers. A lighter, sharper identity would convert better than the old aesthetic.

What we built

A light-blue rebrand, a rebuilt home page, a self-serve design studio, and a vehicle-wrap landing page with real product and wrap mockups.

The result

[ METRIC: quote requests / orders after relaunch ]

Content siteSEOCloudflare

Dallas Business Wire

A retro broadsheet news aggregator for the DFW business market that earns trust by citing and backlinking every source.

Dallas / Fort Worth
Read the story
The situation

DFW business news is scattered across many publishers. There was room for one place that pulls the headlines together and points readers to the source.

The insight

An aggregator earns trust and avoids stepping on publishers by never copying full articles, only excerpting, citing, and linking back, with its own clearly labeled analysis on top.

What we built

A retro-broadsheet site on Cloudflare Pages that aggregates headlines and excerpts, backlinks every source, and mixes in original analysis pieces.

The result

[ METRIC: traffic / return readers, once available ]

Marketing, ads and content
[ SCREENSHOT: TermBar search campaign + keyword plan ]
Google AdsProduct launch

TermBar Google Ads launch

A new product line with no search footprint. We built the keyword strategy and the campaign to put it in front of buyers already looking.

BlueTex / TermBar
Read the story
The situation

TermBar was a brand-new product. Nobody was searching for it by name, so launching meant capturing the demand that already existed around the problem it solves.

The insight

Win on the problem keywords, not the brand name. The buyers are there, searching for the pain TermBar fixes, before they have ever heard of it.

What we built

Full keyword research, a structured search campaign built for the editor, and a product launch kit, all aimed at bringing in the company's own leads rather than rented ones.

The result

[ METRIC: cost per lead / clicks / conversions from the launch ]

[ SCREENSHOT: before/after ad video frames ]

Before and after ad videos

Insulation is invisible value. We made short video ads that show it doing real work on a real building.

BlueTex Insulation
Read the story
The situation

The hardest thing to sell is a benefit you cannot see. A static ad for insulation does not show the payoff, so it gets scrolled past.

The insight

Before-and-after, shown in motion, makes invisible value obvious in a few seconds and stops the scroll.

What we built

A set of short before-and-after video ads in both square and horizontal formats, cut for paid social and search placements.

The result

[ METRIC: view-through rate / cost per click vs static ads ]

[ SCREENSHOT: Rush three-business growth plan ]
StrategyMulti-brand

Rush three-business growth plan

One owner, three very different businesses, no shared system. We built a single engine with a playbook for each brand.

Denton County, TX
Read the story
The situation

The same owner ran plumbing, print and wraps, and adventure rentals. Three brands, three audiences, and no marketing system tying any of it together.

The insight

The plumbing of marketing, the site, the lead capture, the follow-up, the reviews, is the same across all three. Build it once and run three playbooks on top.

What we built

A growth plan with a shared core system and a per-brand playbook for each business, so one operator can run all three without three separate stacks.

The result

[ METRIC: leads or revenue per brand after rollout ]
