Sample kit follow-up automation
A loss-leader sample kit was converting, but most of the money was being left on the table after the first order. We read the data and built the follow-up the numbers were asking for.

The sample kit is a loss leader. It exists to get a serious buyer to hold the product in their hands. The problem: after the kit shipped, nothing happened. No structured follow-up, so a buyer who was clearly interested was left to remember us on their own.
The analytics were specific. The sample kit converted to a first order at 8%. And buyers upsold at a 39% rate, but in two distinct windows: roughly 21 days after, or about 6 months after. The demand was real and it was timed. We just were not showing up in either window.
A two-pulse follow-up sequence aimed straight at those windows. A 21-day push while the project is hot, then a dormant re-engagement around the 6-month mark for the slower buyers, with email and text working together, plus a missed-call text-back so a hot lead never hits voicemail and vanishes.
